Psychological First Aid Instructor (Upgrade from First Aid Instructor)

Provides candidates with the knowledge and skills to teach the Red Cross Psychological First Aid course.

Prerequisites

Canadian Red Cross Psychological First Aid and Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor (or equivalent experience),  min. 18 years old.

Completion Requirements

100% attendance, complete practice teaching.

Post-course Requirements

Meets the requirement of the teaching experience form as outlined by the Instructor Trainer

Certification

3-year certification as Red Cross Psychological First Aid Instructor
