Refund policy

Cancellations up to 2 business days prior to a course are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations for First Responder, Emergency Medical Responder, Wilderness First Aid and Leadership courses up to 5 business days prior to the course are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations made after this time forfeits payments.

No refunds for online courses or for purchases using financing.
